Downsizing, rightsizing, incorrect dimension, capsizing! What's going on? The last week of Jan 2009 started with terrible information for the job market, as over 71,400 more reduces were declared on Thursday, Jan 26, alone. At least six companies from production and service sectors declared cost-cutting projects that engaged reducing countless numbers of tasks.

As revealed by CNN, more than 200,000 job reduces have been declared so far this year, according to company reviews. Nearly 2.6 thousand tasks were missing over 2008, the biggest annually job-loss complete since 1945.

Concerned as we are about those who were set off, employees who endure a downsizing experience anything but comfort. More often than not, they believe nervous and tricked.

The agonizing emotions triggered by its downsizing - feeling of reduction, worry, depressive disorders, question and disloyality - are not only knowledgeable by cut down employees. These wrenching emotions are also knowledgeable employees who live through the layoffs! I knowledgeable job removal twice in my profession and it was not fun! I also keep in mind ready many other times when my co-workers and friends missing their tasks and how I knowledgeable on those black days and in the months to follow.
